The site is well located on the Spree riverbank in Berlin. Boats can be docked on its waterfront. It is between the airport and the center, a 20 minutes drive from each. The neighborhood will improve greatly in the future. The HTW campus and business park are on the other side of the Spree river. A few blocks east there are a Warldorf school, a retirement home, a sport center and a riverside park.
